As many of you know already, this story was originally used twice before, but not on our site. A few of the strips originally ran in the Kansas City Star a few years ago. I added to those original strips, and the story was chosen to be part of the October 2009 competition on the now-defunct Zuda Comics site, an online imprint of DC Comics. It ended up placing 4th out of 10, which is respectable, I suppose. It was a great experience to have it part of Zuda, and it’s easily the most widely read comic I’ve made so far.

This story has unavailable since the Zuda site was shut down a few months ago. We’re finally presenting it here [link] in its entirety for you to enjoy! It will also be published in print soon in the fourth issue of Random Ink.
