This Christmas break has been non-stop comic book coloring for me. We found out there will be another comic convention here in Joplin on March 7 ([link]
getting three new books ready for the printer, so we have them back in time for the con. Two of those books are by my friend, Matt Meyers, whose work you might have seen from our Sketch Night stuff.
The third book is Random Ink #2, our anthology. We're going full-color with this one (for the first time ever), and going into this break only 9 of the pages were already colored. Now about 30 are. I'm learning even more about coloring as I go, picking up tricks here and there off the web. It's something you can definitely noodle on forever if you want to (as I'm sure many of you know from experience). I'll put some more preview pages up soon (the one on my main page is from the first story in the book).
Anyway, once these are sent off to the printer, I can get back on that Zuda commission. Lookin' forward to it!
